Come Join us for “Ignite the Spark”, a singles mixer for ages 21-45 at Denver Botanic Gardens on Friday December 17th, 2021 at 5:45pm prior to YAD Shabbat’s Festival of Lights.

Before YAD Shabbat's "Festival of Lights," join us to "Ignite the Spark" at a FREE singles matchmaking event. If you are single and looking to connect, this event is for you! At this event, you'll join BeShareIt cofounders for an evening of hand picked, curated connections, a twist on dreidel plus appetizers and drinks.

We can't wait to have you join us for FREE for "Ignite the Spark"! BeShareIt is Denver's only nonprofit Jewish singles social group with a matchmaking twist. We match through events and traditional one-one-one matchmaking. The goal of this event is to help you grow your singles community and to create matches, one of which may just be your Beshert.

PHOTOGRAPHY WAIVER

By participating in Ignite the Spark and/or YAD Festival of Lights, you agree to be photographed and/or filmed and give permission to use your likeness in JEWISHcolorado and BeShareIt promotional and marketing materials.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY – COVID-19 RISK INFORMED CONSENT

The novel coronavirus (“COVID-19”) has been declared a worldwide pandemic by the World Health Organization. COVID-19 is extremely contagious and is believed to spread mainly from person-to-person contact; as a result, federal and state health agencies recommend social distancing. Although JEWISHcolorado (“JEWISHcolorado”) and BeShareIt have taken reasonable precautions and preventative measures as recommended by such federal and state health agencies in order to reduce the spread of COVID-19, it cannot guarantee that you will not become infected with COVID-19. 

Attending any event or entering JEWISHcolorado or BeShareIt’s place of business involves the risk of becoming infected with COVID-19 and could increase your risk of contracting COVID-19. As a result, you should not attend a JEWISHcolorado or BeShareIt event or enter the Venue (as defined below) if you are sick, exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19, are a vulnerable individual as defined by applicable law, are at risk for any other reason or elect not to assume such risks. Your entry into the Venue or consuming JEWISHcolorado or BeShareIt’s goods or services are neither urgent nor necessary.

The individual named below (referred to as “I” or “me”) desires to voluntarily attend an event and enter JEWISHcolorado and BeShareIt’s chosen event venue (the “Venue”) and assume the risks detailed in this Release. I agree to all the terms and conditions set forth in this release of liability (this “Release”).

Since this event is co-hosted with JEWISHcolorado, you agree to the following:

I agree to comply with the following JEWISHcolorado event policies:

• If I am fully vaccinated, I understand that I am required to submit proof of my vaccination prior to attending the event and I must wear a well-fitted mask that covers both the nose and month at all times other than when eating and drinking.

• If I am not fully vaccinated, I understand that I am required to submit proof of a negative PCR test within 72 hours of the event and I must wear a well-fitted mask that covers both the nose and month at all times other than when eating and drinking. When my mask is removed, I must make every effort to socially distance by a minimum of 3-feet.

• I agree to comply with signage and floor markings at all times.

• I agree that I will not attend the event if I am experiencing any of the following symptoms within 72 hours (fever or chills, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting, or diarrhea).

• I agree that if I become aware that I have been exposed to anyone that has received a positive COVID-19 test within the past 14 days, I will not attend the event.

• I agree that if I have received a positive COVID-19 test within the past 14 days, I will not attend the event.

• I agree to notify JEWISHcolorado if I experience any of the following symptoms or receive a positive COVID-19 test within 7 days of attending the event (fever or chills, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting, or diarrhea).

• I understand that possible exposure to COVID-19 before, during, or after my entry into the Venue may result in the following: a positive COVID-19 diagnosis, extended quarantine or self-isolation requirements, additional testing or medical services, intensive care treatment, possible need for intubation/ventilator support, the risk of death and other complications and risks many of which are not currently known at this time.
  

I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I AM CHOOSING TO VOLUNTARILY ENTER THE VENUE AND AM NOT REQUIRED TO DO SO BY ANY OTHER PARTY AND UNDERSTAND THAT BY ENTERING THE VENUE, I AM KNOWINGLY RISKING POSSIBLE EXPOSURE TO BACTERIA, VIRUSES, DISEASES, AND OTHER CONTAGION ASSOCIATED WITH COVID-19, AND OTHER INDIVIDUALS WHO MAY HAVE COVID-19, THAT MAY BE CARRIED TO THE INDIVIDUALS I LIVE WITH AND OTHER INDIVIDUALS WITH WHOM I INTERACT DURING THIS TIME. I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT ANY INJURIES THAT I SUSTAIN MAY BE COMPOUNDED BY THE NEGLIGENT BEHAVIOR OF OTHER PATRONS OF THE JEWISHCOLORADO, OR BEHAVIOR IN THE VENUE. I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I AM VOLUNTARILY ENTERING THE VENUE WITH KNOWLEDGE OF THE DANGER INVOLVED AND HEREBY AGREE TO ACCEPT AND ASSUME ANY AND ALL RISKS OF INJURY, DEATH, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, WHETHER CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE JEWISHCOLORADO, ITS PATRONS, OR OTHERWISE.
 

I hereby expressly waive and release any and all claims, now known or hereafter known, against the JEWISHcolorado and BeShareIt, and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, shareholders, customers, clients, suppliers, vendors, members, successors, and assigns (collectively, “Releasees”), arising out of or attributable to my presence in the Venue, whether arising out of the negligence of the JEWISHcolorado or any Releasees or otherwise. I covenant not to make or bring any such claim against the JEWISHcolorado or BeShareIt or any other Releasee, and forever release and discharge the JEWISHcolorado and all other Releasees from liability under such claims.
 

I shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the JEWISHcolorado and BeShareIt and all other Releasees against any and all losses, damages, liabilities, deficiencies, claims, actions, judgments, settlements, interest, awards, penalties, fines, costs, or expenses of whatever kind, including attorneys’ fees, fees and costs of enforcing any right to indemnification under this Release, and the cost of pursuing any insurance providers, arising out or resulting from any claim of a third party related to my presence in the Venue.

If any term or provision of this Release is invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability shall not affect any other term or provision of this Release or invalidate or render unenforceable such term or provision in any other jurisdiction. This Release is binding on and shall inure to the benefit of the JEWISHcolorado and BeShareIt and me and their respective successors and assigns. 
 

BY AGREEING TO THIS RELEASE, I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD ALL OF THE TERMS OF THIS RELEASE AND THAT I AM VOLUNTARILY ENTERING INTO JEWISHCOLORADO AND BESHAREIT’s VENUE OF MY OWN ACCORD AND AM GIVING UP SUBSTANTIAL LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO SUE JEWISHCOLORADO AND BESHAREIT.
